Thirty days of live operation with us watching. We fix what bends, document the edge cases, and prove the system holds under real conditions.

Stay.

Most firms leave after the install. We stay. Scaling role by role, running point on the backend, keeping the system honest. The base continues. The upside pays us for the growth we help drive. We’re making more because you are.

$3,000 / month

Starts the month we begin and continues for as long as we’re engaged. Covers the team, the seat, and the weekly work. Same during install and after.

Upside
20% of backend growth

Measured monthly against the baseline we lock on day one. We only get paid the upside when net-new revenue shows up. During install it rarely triggers. Once the system is live, it becomes the main way we earn.

Term
Month-to-month

No annual lock-in, no cancellation fees. We commit to the work. You’re never locked into the duration. If it’s not earning its keep, we both walk.

We don’t sell
retainers.

Most agencies bill whether you win or not. We built it the other way. The $3K keeps the lights on. The team, the seat, the weekly work. The 20% is where we actually get paid, and it only pays when you grow. That’s the point.
